WHAT TO BRING
- Running shoes (track spikes optional)
- Athletic clothing appropriate for weather
- Water bottle (stay hydrated!)

PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to warm up
- Bring all necessary equipment
- Listen to coaches and follow instructions
- Support and encourage teammates
- Give 100% effort in every drill
- Communicate any injuries or concerns
