WHAT TO BRING

  • Running shoes (track spikes optional)
  • Athletic clothing appropriate for weather
  • Water bottle (stay hydrated!)
  • Small towel
  • Sunscreen (for outdoor practice)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work hard

PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to warm up
  • Bring all necessary equipment
  • Listen to coaches and follow instructions
  • Support and encourage teammates
  • Give 100% effort in every drill
  • Communicate any injuries or concerns

Practice may be cancelled due to severe weather, lightning, or extreme heat. Check team communications for updates. Safety is always our first priority.
