Agreement

By using https://www.stridenationelite.com, submitting registration forms, or participating in Stride Nation Elite activities, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your minor athlete(s).

Club participation

Stride Nation Elite is a youth AAU track and field club. Participation requires adherence to club rules, coach direction, meet conduct standards, and applicable AAU policies. Coaches may adjust training groups, event assignments, and meet entries based on readiness and safety.

Fees & refunds

Club dues, meet fees, uniforms, and third-party memberships (such as AAU) are described during registration. Refund requests follow the club refund policy communicated at enrollment. Meet fees and AAU memberships are generally non-refundable once processed.

Assumption of risk

Track and field involves inherent physical risk. Parents and athletes assume responsibility for participation and agree to disclose relevant medical conditions. Athletes should only compete when medically cleared and prepared.
